A few quick answers
I can’t sign in.
Use your invited account. If your account hasn’t been enabled, or you’ve forgotten your password, contact your beta host. Don’t share your password with anyone. Self-service recovery is still being prepared.
The scanner picked the wrong card.
Try better lighting and reduce glare. Confirm the card number, set, artwork, and slab label. You can always search manually; scanning does not authenticate a card or slab.
My market price looks different.
Check the printing and whether you are viewing raw or graded values. Market data is dated and may be incomplete. Historical charts don’t include your purchase cost. Accepted offers and shipping can also change actual sold prices.
Does SunVault work offline?
An internet connection is required to load and save your inventory. If a save fails, reconnect and check your transaction history before submitting again.
